Growing up, Agi, as her friends call Agnes, had a lot of ambitions. She wanted to do everything – soccer, taekwondo, photography, even become a lawyer so she can change the world. And she is very happy to discover a career in AIA Philippines that allows her to manage her own time and enjoy the things she loves doing while helping people find the right financial solutions.
Having the financial freedom, she has now the ability to dictate the terms of living her life to the fullest. She can plan her schedule ahead, take some time off or even teach and hold flower-arranging workshops. “Being in this industry is not just about calling to make transactions. It is about engaging with them and creating lasting relationships and helping them in every way possible which makes having an insurance business more meaningful.”
