Optimistic. Hopeful. Able to see the brighter side of things. Gerard or “Gray” has always been like this. It’s easy to see why he thrived and survived through a stressful BPO life of being perpetually on the night shift for 15 years.
Becoming an AIA Philippines Insurance Entrepreneur ended that chapter. “When I was in the BPO industry, the toxic work environment and work-related stress and lifestyle were taking a serious toll on my health and well-being. It was then that I decided to join AIA Philippines and become an Insurance Entrepreneur. Now I enjoy the kind of freedom where I get to design the way I live.”
This means more time for himself and his family and a deeper sense of fulfilment that he is able to touch other people’s lives through the work that he does. For the “curious, naughty tinkerer” kid he once was, to the man with a lifelong dream of having a happy family – it can only spell a promising future full of optimism and hope. The brighter side, indeed.
