According to Marc John or “Janno” to friends and associates, life before AIA Philippines was all about him being an OFW in Singapore – exploring the IT industry and looking for a way to transition into becoming an entrepreneur. “I really wanted to build my family’s financial foundation. During my 3 years as an OFW, I was also part of the real estate industry; but I didn’t like the work environment. It was full of politics.”
That was the turning point for Janno to return to the Philippines and pursue a more meaningful career as an AIA Philippines Insurance Entrepreneur. “The biggest misconception is that we just sell insurance. But it actually goes way beyond that. It’s about paying it forward – creating your own success and leading others to achieve theirs. This life-changing decision also made me realize that I’m finally able to achieve my own financial security and prosperity.”
