Driven, dependable and honest, Pamela or “Pam” always makes sure that her work reflects her ideals. “I learned that I am fully responsible for everything that happens to me and my success is almost entirely dependent on myself.”
According to her, being an AIA Philippines Insurance Entrepreneur changed her life. “I was in the banking industry for 24 years. I then braved a career shift. It was going to be very competitive, but I knew that. Back then, the longer I stayed at work, the more strained my relationship became with my family.”
Today, as an Insurance Entrepreneur, she works on her own schedule, striking a successful balance between family and career.
