    Claiming Your Benefits Has Never Been Easier

    With our easy payout options, you can choose to receive your benefits by either picking it up from any BPI branch nationwide or by having it directly deposited to your account.

    Important Reminder! Make sure your contact information on record, such as your mobile number or e-mail address, is updated. Regardless of the payout option you choose, we will update you on the status of your request via SMS or e-mail. To update your contact information, simply click here.

    Credit to Bank Account

    Benefit will be credited directly to your nominated local bank account.

    Bank account owner and policyowner must be the same person.

    Bank account should be active and under an accredited bank in the enrolment form.

    Bank account should be in the same currency as the enrolled policy and not an "AND" or joint account.

    Pick Up As Cash

    Pick up your benefit as cash in any BPI or BPI Family Bank branch.

    Mobile number must be active to receive the reference number for pick-up of benefit.

    Policyowner must present a valid government ID upon pick-up of benefit.

    If benefit is more than P500,000.00 or $10,000.00, please enrol to Credit to Bank Account.

    PAYMENT FOR YOUR POLICY

    Use your benefit to pay for a new or for your existing policy’s premium or loan. You can also use it to top-up to your variable unit-linked policy.

    The new or existing policy from which the benefit will be used for should be under the same policy owner’s name or that of their immediate family member.

    If you will only partially use your benefit to pay for an existing policy, please don’t forget to choose your preferred method of receiving the balance benefit amount.

    If you opt to use your benefit to pay for the premium of an existing variable unit-linked policy, please make sure to choose to send us the required details at least 28 days before your policy’s premium due date.

    Credit to Bank Account

    I certify that I am the Policy Owner of the policy with AIA Philippines and that I am the Account Owner of the aforementioned Bank Account. I acknowledge that the credit or deposit by AIA Philippines of the benefit or amount due to me to the bank account I have designated above shall release and forever discharge AIA Philippines of and from all actions, claims and demands on all matters involving said benefit or amount. Further, I certify the correctness and accuracy of the above information I provided AIA Philippines and that any discrepancy may cause delay in the crediting of proceeds to my account. AIA Philippines will be informed in writing of the future changes of the above information.
